WHY ARE WE GREEDY??

There is no free money on the internet.

 

 A lot of people who use the internet to search for online money making opportunities end of being scammed for the following reasons:

 

1.                    Greed

2.                    Lack of information

3.                    Unwillingness to learn from those already in the business

4.                    Laziness

 

WHAT IS GREED? : Greed is excessive or uncontrolled desire for or pursuit of money, wealth, food, or other possessions, especially when this denies the same goods to others. Back in the days of wonder-banks, many Nigerians where scammed because of greed. I was also a victim of wonder-bank. I bought slots with PMI to the tune of N50, 000 and I was told I will be paid close to N1million, I was very excited, when I got home; I did not tell my friends because I wanted to surprise them with a brand new car but at the end of the day, I was disappointed; to tell you the truth, I had a terrible experience. Their outrageous promises on ROI was FAKE.

 

A lot of Nigerians love short cut. This is why good programs like Getawayclub, ClubFreedom e.t.c went into silent mood. When ClubFreedom started in Nigeria, the program was good and a lot of Nigerians made good money from it but, greed came into it and people started buying multiple slots and all kind of shady “businesses” where they collect deposit from the public promising ROI of one month and above. Also some bought as many as 120 positions or more and many people got stock on the boards they where on. This is prevalent in all matrix reward programs. Most people who show interest in this reward programs want to put a lot of money into it to without involving other people to circle out as fast as possible. These are all traits of greed.

 

I told my friend about google adsence pay-per-click and what came to his mind immediately was, get a website with google adsence and start multiple clicking (by himself) to make big pay. Tell me, is this not greed?

 

LACK OF INFORMATION: This is another area where a whole lot of us are having problems. Most online marketers do not devote their time to understand and digest new programs. We hear about a program offering rewards and we start telling people regardless of weather it is a pyramid scheme or ponzy. I tell you friends, internet marketing is a business you can do for life. Just recently I discovered that most successful men and women in America are internet marketers. But we are yet to understand the simple, proven principle and technical way to do internet marketing.

 

Arming yourself with adequate knowledge of the program you want to promote is very key to your success. You need to know the difference between and genuine program and a pyramid scheme. Most of these new programs just present free e-books to unsuspecting members as their products to give legality to their pyramid programs. How many people buy these kind of e-books online? These programs are dead on arrival and because of people’s greed; they don’t bother to ask questions about their owners are selling.

 

 

UNWILLINGNESS TO LEARN FROM THOSE ALREADY IN THE BUSINESS: A lot of new Internet Marketers are not willing to learn from old ones. As a good internet marketer with experience you will agree with me that credibility is highly essential in this business. There is a lot of discouraging factors as a beginner like:

 

 

 

1. Who are the target people and how to identify them?
2. How to sell the products to them.
3. How to draw peoples attention to read your adverts on papers
4. How people entrust their money into your hand e.t.c

 

New internet marketers might encounter these problems and some might fall off the business but through regular interaction with older ones they will learn ways to overcome these problems.

 

Let me quickly emphasise on the fact that a high earner in network marketing does not make a good mentor. What do I mean? You do not signup under a sponsor in network marketing because he/she has circle out 10 or 15 times or because he/she has a big team. There are other very important traits you have to look out for. For instant, MENTORSHIP personally is my basis for signing up under a sponsor. Most sponsors are only interested in recruiting you into their network and leaving you out in the cold. You are just a number on their list and relationship is not their but, when you signup under a sponsor who may not necessary have circled out a lot of time or his/her is team is not a big as the rest but has a heart for his/her downlines you are rest assured that you have a sponsor that will teach you and nurture you on the right way to go. He/She doesn’t sell to you but rather he shares with you.

 

 

LAZINESS:  This is a paramount syndrome affecting many online and offline marketers. When you sell fantastic MLM online products to them, what comes out of their mouth is, I can’t market oo.., I can’t talk, how long will it take me to get my money, how many people should I bring, if I signup and I am unable to introduce people, can I get back my money? E.t.c

 

Every business is linked to Multi-level marketing in one way or the other. it is either somebody introduces you or you introduce somebody. You don’t go into business from oblivion.  You must work hard to earn money online or offline.
